CPM is now in Delaware!

CPM is now in Delaware! On June 1, 2012, CPM became the management agent of record for New Hope Housing II, an affordable housing development in downtown Dover. The property is owned by New Street, L.P., whose members are Enterprise Community Partners and New Street Revitalization Corporation, a general partner of which Dover Housing Development, Inc. (DHD) is the sole member. DHD became a part of the CPM Housing Group in March of 2010, when executive staff joined the DHD Board of Directors.The appointment of CPM as management agent represents the first foray into actual operations in the State of Delaware. Ultimately, upon expiration of the current tax credit compliance period, DHD and CPM will explore re-packaging New Hope II as a new tax credit project along with other units in the Dover area.
